Thinking Of Getting A Pup

So here’s the deal: Koi Time is a lot of fun and I definitely enjoy spending time by myself, working on awesome online casino graphics. But I don’t get out to the pub nearly enough and it’s been quite some time since I dated. I can’t say that I miss the mess that comes from pub dating, but I do miss having somebody hanging around and telling me I look great or getting confused at my silly jokes.

So, in lieu of taking the bother to get out and about and make myself available, I’ve decided to get a pup. Or at least I’m debating it: London isn’t as dog-friendly as I’d like, so I’ve also been thinking a cat might be more appropriate. I dig both, so I’m really having a hard time making the decision here.

On the one hand, a Jack Russell Terrier (my absolute favorite breed of dog) is small, friendly, goofy, and more than happy to live in a flat. Mates of mine have been telling me “Get a Jackie!” for a few months now, and I’ve almost broke down a few times.

You look at the advantages of the dog, and they’re obvious: they love you no matter what, sit on your lap, sleep in bed with you, and don’t scratch up your house. But then you can’t go anywhere without taking them and they typically end up going on the carpet.

So I look at a cat and the advantages are obvious. They can be left alone for a long time and don’t need the kind of attention a dog requires. Potty training them is instant and some types are real buddies. But you get the wrong kind of cat, and you might end up with an out-of-control psycho that destroys your flat.

So what do you think? Should I just break down and get a dog or would a cat be a better investment? Just let me know in the comments. I promise to read them all.

Drake Casino Rocks!

My freelance design work has exposed me to a lot of interesting things I never would have known about otherwise. For example, I just recently discovered the joys of bitcoin casinos when doing some work for Drake Casino. This awesome site has a wide variety of fun games, including all sorts of scratch card games, poker tournaments, and much more. Nice variety, well worth a look.

Of course, though, I have to say that my favorite part of the Drake Casino experience are the graphics. Obviously, as I’ve provided a bunch of them myself! While my contract forbids me from saying which, I’ll just say that the cartoony style is pretty much a Hannah Holmes trademark.

All joking aside, I do believe that Drake Casino is worth checking out if you’re a fan of cool graphics and fun online gaming. However, if you’re not aware of bitcoins and what they represent, I’ll explain it to you briefly. I’m not an expert on them, but I do know that a lot of people I’ve talked to were somewhat confused by the bitcoin experience.

Basically bitcoins are a form of digital currency that exists only in an online environment. There are a finite number of them (or else they would be worthless), and they are designed to help make sure that you don’t get ripped off by a hacker. You can convert real cash into bitcoins and use them right at Drake Casino.

I tried it out for awhile and found it wasn’t too difficult to understand. Basically, my pounds get converted into an appropriate amount of bitcoins (the amount actually changes: it is a real currency!), and when I hit the jackpot on the “Alice In Wonderland” game, I could use these bitcoins at other sites. So I bought some more art supplies to help me paint my masterpiece (a huge rendering of Hogwarts!).

That is as basic of an explanation as I can give without jumping into difficult details. If you have any more questions, feel free to drop a line and I’ll do my best to help!

Now You’re Living On Hannah Time!

Hello internet, so glad to meet you! The name is Hannah, Hannah Holmes, but if you get to know me better you can call me “Koi.” This is my own little private part of the madness we call the world wide web and I’m excited to be adding my own little personal weirdness to it.

Who am I and why should you care about me? I am a long-time freelancing graphic designer with over 10 years working in the wonderful world of online gaming. I’ve helped design some of the wildest graphics for the most fun games at sites like 7red, Casumo, Bgo Casino, and Leovegas.

It’s safe to say that this is my dream job because the only thing I love more than graphic design is betting a few pound now and again on a little poker.

In case you couldn’t tell, I’m a proud member of the United Kingdom, specifically the area that calls itself England. This lovely little country of ours has been my home for 35 years and I was born and raised in London. Big city living suits me and I doubt I’ll ever live anywhere else.

Now that you know a little bit about me, let me tell you a bit about what I’m trying to accomplish with this blog. Basically, I’ll be sharing news of the online gambling world, discussing some of my latest work, and sharing my own wild and woolly opinion on any number of things.

I want to help people like you, who may have a vague interest in online gaming, get a feel for what to expect and to understand the kind of fun you can have if you’re willing to invest in online gambling. Of course, I can’t guarantee you’ll win, but I do believe you’ll have a lot of fun doing it!

Oh and I’ll also be talking about things that pop up in my personal life. After all, its my blog and I can do whatever I want. So I hope you’re willing to jump on the coaster and live on Koi Time!
